Knitting Group

A few weeks I began going to Ashland to have knitting group with Patty and Mick.  Every week I go down with a new project for them.  They are voracious knitters and keep me busy.  We began the knit along sweater.  Patty has her back piece done and Mick and I are trying to catch up.  This week I took a surprise kit for each of them.  They started knitting following the pattern not knowing what they were knitting.  They seemed to enjoy the whole "surprise" of the project.  The kit was a "Potato Chip Scarf" for each of them.

Maizie and Jackson had a great time playing with Ella and Mazie.  It was fun to have Mandy join us as well.  And you can see that Jackson was learning some of the fundamental techniques of knitting!
