While I was recently down visiting Megan, I noticed her jars storing her flour and sugar. I had noticed similar jars at Mandy's and thought it seemed like a good idea for my pantry supplies. I love to go to the Ashery in Amish country and often am not really sure just what and/or how much of have of some items. So last weekend I spent several hours emptying over 25 jars of flours, sugars and other baking supplies. What a mess I had!

And here is how they look! I know just what I have and was able to really straighten up my baking cupboard. These jars are really nice and the big ones are huge. Now I just need to stay home long enough to do some baking!
